We slow-roast garlic until caramelised, then ferment it with habanero for a sauce that's sweet, earthy and seriously moreish. Medium-hot heat that builds beautifully. Incredible on eggs, pizza, steak and roast chicken.

This bottle is already almost finished by our spice loving family. It’s not just hot, it has great flavour too… need I say more … we will be ordering more!
I met Geoff at the chilli festival, great bloke to chat to, got his garlic habenero sauce, ive tried fermented sauces from businesses in the past which were good but I have never tasted such a unique tasty sauce like this, I had a good serve of it last night and I don't know what you call it but there is a next level of how that sauce tastes when you have a good go at it, the heats great and doesn't go crazy, but the taste just levels up to something I've never had, I was standing back going What was that!!

Delicious with steak and hot without being crazy.
I have been a long time lover of Sabarac sauces, and have tried many. I am yet to be disappointed. Another deliciously good offering here.
