Best ever
Great range of chilli sauces — this one’s definitely up there in terms of taste and quality, easily among the top chilli sauces in Australia. It packs a solid level of heat (maybe a bit much for non-chilli heads) and has that classic Carolina Reaper flavour with its distinct burn.
The Reaper has a strong, punchy taste, so you only need a little to cut through your food. It’s great to have a bottle like this on hand for a quick capsaicin hit. Goes really well with red spaghetti — I’ve also tried it on chicken, and it worked nicely.
It might not be the tastiest in the range, but it more than makes up for it in heat. Personally, I don’t think the Reaper is the best-tasting chilli, but over time I’ve gotten more used to the flavour.
Highly recommend any of the sauces from these guys — absolute top notch. Properly fermented like a good chilli sauce should be, without all the water and additives you find in supermarket brands. Plus, it’s low in calories, so you can load up if you’re keen.
