Don't be fooled by the name. This is a roasted red pepper rich and flavoursome sauce with a hit of habanero that can be used on a wide range of your favourite foods. No bananas were hurt in the making!

We tried the "Papa Banana" with scramble eggs on toast. This is flavoursome. Very fine on palate and mild to medium savoury pepper taste. Acceptable to younger tongues especially with steamed buns, when mixed with a little soy sauce. Highly recommended.
Blown away by the complexity of flavour, and how well rounded the mouth feel is. Roasted garlic habenero is another example of Geoff pushing flavour to the next level without having to push the heat levels in to the red. Despite loving his hotter sauces, the depth of flavour kept me coming back for more.
