Absolutely delicious! I used some in my pasta sauce and it was next level! 🌶️🍝 It added such a beautiful depth of flavour, a little bit of heat and that delicious savoury umami taste.

Some of the store chilli oils make my mouth feel weird (possibly the type of preservative used) but this one doesn’t!
