This sauce is most aptly described as a fruity inferno. It is the hotter version of our OG, and has brutal and intriguing mixture of heat and flavour. A great all-rounder sauce, use wherever a dash of flavour and heat is required to elevate your meal.

Ingredients:
Moruga Scorpions, Watermelon, Capsicum, Apple Cider Vinegar, Rice Malt Syrup, Salt
Very hot, low viscosity, use a few drops to add zing like Tabasco only heaps tastier and with a slight watermelon overtone that goes really nicely. I use this all the time on many things from pasta to grilled chicken sandwiches.
