This is the second sauce in the Lynchburg series. Bhut Jolokias (ghost peppers) have been fermented with Jack Daniels Oak & fresh lemons. Citrus and ferment sour notes start at the front of palate with subtle hints of oak prior to the floral and fruity tones of the chillies come to the fore with a noticeable heat. This refreshingly sour hot sauce is the ultimate addition to raw oysters and will take your Bloody Mary to the next level.  Heat Rating 9/10.
